How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order through phone before we start processing the order. Your order amount less the payment gateway charges and cancellation charges will be refunded. In case the preparation of the cake you ordered has started, you cannot cancel the order. There will be no refund in such an event. In the event where the seller is not able to deliver the product due to no-stock or any other reason, entire order amount will be refunded.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of cake(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS.
Having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Chef Baker's

Refund Policy

When you buy products from Chefbakers, your purchase is covered by 7 day money back guarantee only in case of manufacturing defect. This refund policy is applicable only on non- perishable items. In case you come across a manufacturing defect and to request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us about your problem for refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 30 days period.
